txt2imgで低解像度出力した後、DPM++ 2Sa KarrasでJust resize(latent upscale)+ControlNet(canny)でディテールアップしています。頭の部分だけ、上記upscaleしたものをトリムしてもう一度upscaleし、ペイントソフト上で合成しました。 最後にペイントソフトで光と陰影の強弱だけ加筆しています。
