Chrysanthemum Festival
Like Boy\'s Festival and Momo no Sekku, it is one of the ``Five Festivals.\'\'
It is called ``Chouyo\'\' because ``9\'\', which is the number ``Yang\'\' in the theory of Yin-Yang and Five Elements, overlaps twice.
It is also called ``Chrysanthemum Festival\'\' because it uses the seasonal flower chrysanthemum, and during the Edo period it became a popular seasonal event among the common people.
However, after the Meiji period (after the adoption of the solar calendar), they have declined...This is said to be because the timing of chrysanthemums is different from the peak of chrysanthemums, which is around September 9th on the lunar calendar.

2023.9.13 - It's been a year since I started, and I'm a beginner who is entering my second year. I think it would be great if I could draw a picture that combines the changing seasons with the theme.
(I didn't change my profile at all because I didn't have the time (sweat), but since it was a milestone, I (finally) changed it lol)
