The line of the legs is so beautiful that I even feel jealous lol
It is designated as Metasequoia, but the knots look like bamboo and don\'t feel like Sequoia.

2023.9.13 - It's been a year since I started, and I'm a beginner who is entering my second year. I think it would be great if I could draw a picture that combines the changing seasons with the theme.
(I didn't change my profile at all because I didn't have the time (sweat), but since it was a milestone, I (finally) changed it lol)

メタセコイアって日本でも生えてるんですね アメリカのイメージしかなかったです。

カリフォルニアに規模の大きな自然林のメタセコイア群生地がありますね。たぶん世界遺産になってます。日本だとどうなんでしょ…。木自体は植えられるけど幹の太い100年モノの自然林といえばやっぱりアメリカでしょうね…
